What will you be adding to the formula?

As a professional Lecturer, you will:

• Deliver engaging and innovative teaching sessions

• Provide tutorials, assessment, and academic support to learners

• Teach GCSE Mathematics, Functional Skills Maths including alternative and specialist groups across a variety of programmes

• Support and inspire learners aged 14-16 in our High School, 16-18 learners across the College, and adult students

• Build positive relationships that help students thrive academically and personally

• Raise achievement in mathematics and create a culture where numeracy is valued and celebrated

• Help learners see that maths isn't just a subject, it's a life skill
