Contract Type: Permanent, part time, 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in GCSE English and Functional Skills English
• Teach a diverse range of learners, including:
• Adult students
• 14-16 learners within our High School provision
• 16-18 students from across the College
• Learners within our specialist and alternative provision groups
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback that supports achievement
• Create inclusive learning environments where every learner can thrive
• Help foster a college-wide culture that celebrates literacy, communication, and achievement
• Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, resilience, and success
