Contract: Permanent, full time 37 hours per week (38 weeks per year)
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain reliable, secure and available digital infrastructure for day‑to‑day College operations, including switching, wireless, connectivity, structured cabling, Microsoft server, Microsoft 365, Azure services and Teams telephony.
- Demonstrate relevant IT infrastructure knowledge, practical troubleshooting skills and experience resolving incidents and service requests.
- Work under the guidance of senior colleagues, follow defined standards and change processes, and contribute to planned maintenance, upgrades, project activity and continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting digital infrastructure in an enterprise environment with a strong focus on network, communications, server and cloud services.
- Able to demonstrate relevant IT infrastructure knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills.
