Salary: £20,701.71 to £23,775.19 per annum (pro rata of £30,465 to £34,988 per annum).
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only. 30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
Location: Paignton, Devon.
Scope and Responsibilities
- Provide confidential advice and support on a wide range of health issues to students and staff.
- Deliver first aid services across the college and manage medical rooms.
- Create and review Health Care Plans, pregnancy risk assessments, and PEEPs, while liaising with external health professionals.
- Support safeguarding processes.
- Promote positive physical and mental health across the college community.
Qualifications
- Registered Adult Nurse.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and practices.
- Experience working with young people and handling diverse medical needs.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergencies.
