South Devon College is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and highly motivated Estates & Facilities professional to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our environments remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of a diverse and busy college estate, delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality service across maintenance, security, compliance, grounds, logistics, and customer support functions.
Working collaboratively within a committed Estates & Facilities team, you will take ownership of both planned and reactive tasks, support the effective management of security and building systems, and help create a welcoming and secure environment for staff, students, and visitors. You will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive, solution-focused approach, while consistently upholding the highest standards of health and safety, professional conduct, and customer service.

With good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach, you will work effectively both independently and as part of a team, organising and prioritising your workload while maintaining a proactive, “can do” attitude.
