Are you organised, enthusiastic and keen to begin a career in administration? We are looking for an Apprenticeship Support Team Apprentice to join our supportive and experienced team .
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while completing an apprenticeship and developing valuable skills in administration, data accuracy, compliance and quality assurance. You will receive structured training and mentoring to help you build your knowledge and confidently contribute to the effective delivery of our apprenticeship provision.
About the role
- You will provide administrative and compliance support to the Apprenticeship Support Team, including creating and checking OneFile accounts, responding to support requests and helping to maintain accurate digital records.
- You will assist with routine audits, apprenticeship enrolments and wider administrative activities, including Skill Scans, POTs, learner information and ELI processes.
- During busy enrolment periods, you will provide practical support to help the team deliver an efficient and positive service.
To be successful in this role
- Hold English and Maths GCSEs at grade 4 or above, or equivalent.
- Have good communication and organisational skills.
- Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have a proactive approach and willingness to follow processes carefully.
- Have enthusiasm for learning about apprenticeship administration and compliance.
