South Devon College is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support (Practical Skills - Construction) to support High Needs Learners within our busy Construction workshops. Working alongside teaching staff across a range of trades, you'll play a key role in helping learners develop practical skills, build confidence, achieve their goals, and fully participate in college life.

The role involves supporting learners with individual learning plans, encouraging independence, and creating an inclusive environment where every learner can thrive. We're looking for someone with experience in a learning support, coaching, or similar role who is patient, approachable, and passionate about helping others succeed. Experience within, or an understanding of, practical learning environments would be an advantage.
