Northern State University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Custodian to join our facilities team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for staff, visitors, and students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Position will work in multiple areas covering for staff absences. Position could lead to possible regular full-time employment.
Advertised Salary: $16.00/hour
Duration of the Term: May through August
Work Hours: 6 am to 3 pm
This position requires physical activities such as balancing, bending, stooping, twisting, carrying, climbing stairs, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling, reaching, repetitive motion, standing for sustained periods of time, stretching, and walking.
Working Conditions may include exposure to dust and walking/standing on wood, metal, or concrete.
