The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and be a highly disciplined and self-motivated individual, who will jointly undertake the smooth and efficient running of the Sixth Form Support and Attendance Office.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attendance management of all Sixth Form students
  • Maintaining and updating fire registers
  • Support the administration of exams and mock exams
  • Provide other administrative support for the Sixth Form team including trips, student car parking, finance, ordering and supporting the organisation of evening events

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience of working in an educational institution
  • Experience of working with Sixth Form students
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Experience of working in a team and on own initiative
  • Experience and a working knowledge of a range of ICT applications
