The predicted salary is between 11 - 15 £ per hour.
Our RoRo Drivers provide support to port operators with all aspects of vehicle cargo handling, driving, lashing, marshalling and stock control. We are currently seeking Drivers at the Port of Southampton. Our vehicle cargo handlers are available to any shift pattern including weekends, to provide support to port operators with all aspects of vehicle cargo handling, driving & lashing.
Our staff maintain zero damage tolerances through detailed training, careful vehicle handling and safe working practices. Our vehicle cargo handlers abide by the Safe System of Work procedures, are fully compliant with the Health and Safety at Work Act and operate to preserve and foster sound environmental practices within their duties.

Requirements:- Must be at least 18 years old
- Held a full UK/EU driving licence for 12 months (including manual vehicles)
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
All new starters will be provided with:
- The required PPE.
- HR / Health and Safety Induction
- All required Training – Driving / Lashing
- Tour of the Port for familiarisation Training.
Driving: £14.03* – £16.16* per hour*
Lashing: £14.73* – £18.62* per hour*
*Inclusive of Holiday pay
On-site free parking
Holiday paid as you work in an uplift to hourly rate.
