Berkeley Lodge is a care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex. We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex, offering the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours a day, for long and short-term stays.
We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team at Berkeley Lodge at weekends.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday - 9am – 5pm (can be flexible on times)
Suitable applicants would have:
- Reception experience
- The ability to support in administration tasks
Duties:
- Providing front of house reception and resident support as appropriate
- Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and passing to the relevant person
- Providing necessary administrative support to the Manager and team
- Arranging visits for families and residents
- Creating daily planners
- Arranging transport
- Liaising with agencies to book care staff as and when required
