We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team at Fernbank on days at our luxurious Residential home in Worthing.
Hours: 24 hours per week, various part time shifts 8-2 and 2-8
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More about you:
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

- £12.21 p/h weekdays
- £12.82 p/h Weekends.
- Upon completion of probation, pay increases to £12.50 p/h Weekdays and £13.14 p/h Weekends.
