We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Berkeley Lodge our specialist Dementia Nursing Home in Worthing.
Hours: Full Time – 36hrs per week
Wk. 2 – Mon 8-2, Weds 8-8, Thur 8-2, Fri 8-8
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More about you:
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
