An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Housekeeper at Eastridge Manor, our dementia and nursing home in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.
More about the role:- Responsible for planning, implementing and supervising all cleaning in the home according to company policies.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Carry out audits to ensure standards are maintained.
- Supervise and support domestic team.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.
- Health and Hygiene Certificate, NVQ in Housekeeping/cleaning – desirable.
- Supervisory skills or experience.
- Experience and knowledge of COSHH.
- Previous housekeeping experience is essential.
- Have pride in your work and aim to provide a safe and well-maintained home for our residents.
