An opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

Hours: 16 hrs per week – can be flexible on start and end times. You must be able to work alternate weekends.

Rota pattern:

  • Week 1: Thursday & Friday
  • Week 2: Friday & Saturday

Purpose of the role:

  • Keep the home clean and safe, providing a superior service to our residents.
  • Provide a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home at all times.
  • Clean residents’ rooms thoroughly each day after nursing staff have completed their patient care.
  • Check flowers and plants and water/dispose of as necessary.
  • Clean communal areas including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Ensure the home is safe, e.g., removing clutter, keeping storage areas tidy.
  • Shampoo carpets as and when needed.
