We are looking for a Night Care Assistant to join our team at Fernbank, our luxurious Residential home in Worthing.

Hours: 24 hours per week

As a Care Assistant you will be:

  • Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
  • Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
  • Ensuring electronic residents' personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
  • Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
  • Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

More about you:

  • Ideally, you'll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

Package:

  • £12.84 p/h weekdays
  • £13.48 p/h Weekends.
  • Upon completion of probation, pay increases to £13.14 p/h Weekdays and £13.80 p/h Weekends.
