South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd is seeking a qualified Finance Director to oversee all financial systems and processes for the group. Based in Worthing, you will lead payroll, ledgers, controls and management accounting, providing strategic and commercial insight to the Board.
You will manage a small team, work closely with Directors, and drive improvements in budgeting and forecasting while ensuring value for money across multiple sites.
