South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing is recruiting a Dementia Wellbeing Coordinator at Berkeley Lodge.
You will focus on the emotional, social, and physical quality of life for people living with dementia and support the planning and facilitation of person-centred activities.
36 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, with weekend shifts on occasions.
You will develop personalised activity plans, coordinate therapeutic activities, and monitor residents' wellbeing while maintaining accurate records.
