South Coast Nursing Homes in Worthing is seeking a Dementia Wellbeing Coordinator to focus on the emotional, social and physical quality of life for residents living with dementia.

You will support planning and facilitation of person-centred activities.

The role is 36 hours per week from 9am to 5pm, with some alternate weekends.
