South Coast Nursing Homes is an established and successful, family owned and managed care home company based in Worthing, West Sussex. We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 414 beds with the recent opening of a new Nursing home in central Worthing. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours day and night, for long and short-term stays.

South Coast Nursing Homes are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team at our Blatchington Manor – Seaford.

Hours: 22 hrs per week – Average – Will include alternate weekends: Week 1 – Tue, Wed and Thur – 9am – 5pm; Week 2 – Mon 9am – 5pm, Sat and Sun – 10am – 4pm.

Suitable applicants would have reception experience and the ability to support in administration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Providing front of house reception and resident support as appropriate.
  • Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages and passing to the relevant person.
  • Providing necessary administrative support to the Manager and team.
  • Arranging visits for families and residents.
  • Creating daily planners
  • Arranging transport
  • Liaising with agencies to book care staff as and when required
