South Coast Nursing Homes is a family‑owned provider of care across East and West Sussex. Each of the 9 registered homes offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night.
We are looking for Night Care Assistant to join our team at Blatchington Manor, our specialist dementia care residential home.
Hours: 36 hours per week – 8pm to 8am – including every other weekend
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the healthcare sector, though we will provide you with all the training you need;
- Kind and caring with a positive approach;

Package:
- £12.94 per hour weekdays, £13.34 per hour weekends rising to £14.01 per hour;
