We currently operate nine homes across East and West Sussex and have 470 beds, each home offering the highest standards of resident care and comfort for both long and short‑term stays.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Housekeeper at Eastridge Manor, our dementia and nursing home in Bolney, near Haywards Heath.
Hours – 40 per week
Salary – £13.39–£14.05 per hour
More About The Role
- Plan, implement and supervise all cleaning in the home according to company policies.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Carry out audits to uphold standards.
- Supervise and support the domestic team.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
More About You
- Health and Hygiene Certificate, NVQ in Housekeeping/cleaning desirable.
- Supervisory experience or skills.
- Knowledge of COSHH.
- Previous housekeeping experience desirable but not essential.
- Have pride in work and aim to provide a safe, well‑maintained home for residents.
