We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at The Poets, our flagship nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex.
Hours of work
36 hrs per week
Week 1
- Mon: 1400-2000
- Fri: 1400-2000
- Sat: 0800-2000
- Sun: 0800-2000
Week 2
- Mon: 0800-2000
- Wed: 1400-2000
- Sat: 0800-1400
- Sun: 0800-2000
As a Care Assistant You Will Be
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

- £12.25p/h weekdays £12.86 p/h Weekends rising to £12.65 p/h and £13.28 p/h
