South Coast Nursing Homes is a family-owned provider of care across East and West Sussex. Each of the 9 registered homes offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night. We cultivate an environment for personal and career growth. We are looking for two Night Care Assistant to join our team at Fernbank, our luxurious Residential home in Worthing.
Hours: 24 hrs per week – Monday and Saturday, 8pm – 8am.
As a Care Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary.
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system.
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences.
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
More About You:
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role.

- Energetic and hard-working.

Package:
- £12.21 p/h weekdays, £12.82 p/h Weekends. Upon completion of probation, pay increases to £12.15 p/h Weekdays and £13.14 p/h Weekends.
