Each of the 9 registered homes offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night. Here at South Coast Nursing Homes, we cultivate an environment for personal and career growth within our own company. We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Days at Eastridge Manor in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.
Hours: Full Time – 36hrs per week
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
- Provide social stimulation.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
