We are looking for a Bank Care Assistant to join our team on Days at The Poets, our flagship nursing home in Worthing, West Sussex.
Hours of work: BANK.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
- Kind and caring with a positive approach;
- Energetic and hard-working;
- Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference;
- Team player.
Package:
- £12.25p/h weekdays
- £12.86 p/h Weekends rising to £12.65 p/h and £13.28 p/h
