We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on
Nights at Rookwood Residential Home.
Hours – 36hrs Per Week, Including Available Every Other Weekend.
As a Care Assistant you will be
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in administering medication
- Kind and caring with a positive approach;
- Energetic and hard-working;
- Passionate about offering superior services and want to make a difference;
- Team player
- Medication trained or happy to be trained
