We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team part-time on Days at Abundant Grace, in Seaford. Hours – 30 hrs per week, you must be available to work alternate weekends.
- Week 1: Tuesday 8-8, Wednesday 2-8, Friday 8-8
- Week 2: Wednesday 2-8, Saturday 8-8, Sunday 8-8
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;
