We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team on Nights at White Lodge Residential Home in East Preston.
Hours: 36 hrs per week, alternating weekly between Week 1 and Week 2.
- Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday - 8pm-8am
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday - 8pm-8am
As a Care Assistant you will be:
- Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents;
- Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary;
- Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system;
- Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences;
- Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

- Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role;

- £13.48 p/h weekends, rising to £13.14 p/h weekdays and £13.80 p/h weekends after probation
