South Coast Home Physiotherapy is expanding its team with a full-time Occupational Therapist to develop and lead the OT service. You will work alongside our established physiotherapy team across Fareham, Gosport, Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester, visiting clients in homes and care homes.
You will handle home safety assessments, daily living support, adaptive equipment, and rehabilitation for stroke and neurological conditions, with a focus on patient-centred, long-term outcomes.
