South Coast Home Physiotherapy is a private, home-visiting physiotherapy service across Hampshire and south Wiltshire. We launched in 2025, have grown quickly to a team of five physiotherapists, and are now creating a full-time, permanent post to lead a dedicated caseload around Chichester, Havant, Emsworth and Hayling Island.
This is an employed role, not a contractor post.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
- Every appointment is a full hour. No 30-minute slots, no back-to-back clinic list.
- Your patients see you every visit, so you build real relationships and see the results of your work.
- Visits are grouped by area, so you travel client to client in a sensible local round.
THE CASELOAD
- Older adults working on strength, balance and falls prevention
- People living with long-term conditions, including stroke, Parkinson's and MS
- Rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgeries and fractures
- Recovery after prolonged hospital stays
- Patients' homes, residential and nursing homes
YOUR PATCH
Chichester, Emsworth, Havant and Hayling Island. You don't need to live locally, as long as you're happy to spend your working day there.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A supportive, encouraging person who enjoys helping people build confidence as well as strength
- A genuine interest in working with older people and those living with long-term conditions
- Patience and good communication with patients, families and carers
- Confident managing your own day, with a supportive team at the end of the phone
- Newly qualified and experienced physiotherapists are both welcome. We'll match your support and mentoring to your experience.
- Community, care home, falls or neuro experience is a bonus, not a requirement
ESSENTIAL
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registration and CSP membership
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK without sponsorship, now or in the future
WHAT YOU'LL GET
