We are seeking a new registered manager. A registered nurse RGN/RMN is desirable. Due to developments in other parts of the company, we are seeking to fill this post as soon as possible.
The new manager will have the advantage of shadowing a manager before they take on the role. We have a mentorship programme, so for those deputy managers who are ready to step up, this would be a perfect opportunity. We will prepare you for the CQC interview and integrate you fully into the management team.
We are a family-run business where care and compassion are at the heart of everything we do. Our main aim is to provide residents with a relaxed, homely, and happy environment. The residents' physical and emotional wellbeing is of utmost priority. We support, nurse, and care for individuals to enable them to live healthy, engaging, and fulfilled lives.
The nursing home already employs a good team of senior management such as a Deputy Manager, payroll manager, Head of Care, Senior Carers, and Team Leaders. All members of staff have been employed for a number of years and will be happy to support any new registered manager joining the team.
