Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant

Part-time, permanent. 20 hours per week @£12.21 per hour.

Manor Hall Nursing Home is a well-established, family run home in the heart of Old Town, Eastbourne. We are looking for a housekeeper/laundry assistant for 20 hours per week on a rota that includes weekend working to join the team. You will have a keen eye for detail and work as part of a team. You must also be flexible enough to help cover annual leave booked by the rest of the team.

Experience working in healthcare or a nursing/care home setting would be an advantage as well as any training in COSHH or Infection Control you may have received. However, full training will be given.

Duties will include:

• Willingness to complete all aspects of cleaning tasks
• Flexibility to complete various shift patterns
• Good team and customer skills
• Willingness to accept training
• Good communication skills
