Business Analyst

We're looking for two experienced Business Analysts to join our Digital Delivery Service. You'll work across a wide range of council services, helping to deliver change, improve processes, and support digital transformation that makes a real difference to our communities. Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working with people, understanding how services operate and turning ideas into practical improvements?

What you'll be doing

  • Working with services to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Running workshops, interviews and discovery activities.
  • Mapping and reviewing existing processes.
  • Gathering, documenting and validating requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve services and customer experience.
  • Supporting projects from initial analysis through to implementation.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

You'll have experience in business analysis, service improvement or business change and be comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

You'll bring

  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
  • Strong process mapping and analytical skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • The ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
