Assistant Head of Year (Non- Teaching)
37 Hours per week, Term Time plus 4 teacher training days
The main aim of this role is to provide efficient and effective pastoral support to students. The successful candidate (together with the Head of Year and Deputy Head of Year) will be responsible for promoting positive attitudes to learning and behaviour as well as good attendance in order to maximise student wellbeing and achievement.
