Location: Shaftesbury

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday — 4 day shift will be considered

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

Contract: Immediate Start, ongoing temporary contract to cover long term sickness.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's team with general office administration and data entry & coordination. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties to support daily office operations
  • Data entry into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Invoicing from engineer reports
  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and record management
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
