Customer Service Advisor Remote (Immediate Start)
Remote-based |
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM 5:00 PM | 35 hours per week – 1 hour lunchbreak
£13.19 per hour / £24,000 pro-rata
3-month temporary contract (potential for extension or permanent role)
We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our clients friendly and professional team on an immediate start basis. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based near Shaftesbury due to occasional on-site requirements or training needs.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Proficient in data entry and using customer databases
- Comfortable working within a confidential and sensitive environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Polite, empathetic, and solution-focused
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Experience with Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
