Full time permanent roles for Food Production Operatives in Shaftesbury.
Rotating shift pattern:
Week 1 – Monday to Friday 6.00am – 2.00pm
Week 2 – Monday to Friday 2.00pm – 10.00pm
The role will involve producing a high volume of good quality food products.
- Follow all production plans to ensure orders are completed on time in full.
- Assist in training other personnel to ensure that they work efficiently and safely as applicable.
- Complete required paperwork accurately.
- Report any issues, e.g., faulty equipment, problems with products, or traceability to your team leader.
- Pack products to the highest standards.
- Use Epicor correctly.
- Ensure all Critical Control Points are operating correctly and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain all necessary production records.
- Ensure products are produced within specification and raise any discrepancies with the Team Leader immediately.
- Carry out and complete all cleaning schedules and maintenance checklists.
