Are you passionate about working in the Early Years Sector within a FE / HE educational setting, and want to make a real difference in the lives of children? South Bank Colleges Nursery is seeking a proactive and experienced Early Years Practitioner.

Successful applicants for the Early Years Practitioner position will need:

  • Minimum Level 3 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven post-qualification experience of working with children.
  • Previous experience in a Good or Outstanding nursery environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework.
  • Confident in creating exceptional learning environments and delivering high-quality interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
  • A commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and child‑centred practice.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about providing personalised, innovative and bespoke childcare experiences.
