To provide a Community Care Assessment and Care Management Service to individuals within the Mental Health client group. This will include working in partnership with key agencies and multi-disciplinary groups who are developing services for this client group. The successful applicant should have a demonstrable interest and expertise in working within this field and a commitment to improving outcomes for this vulnerable group.

REQUIREMENTS

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The grade of this post is Level 10. The work style for this post is Hybrid Worker. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service. Applicants whose qualification award is pending within the next 6 months are welcome to apply. If you are recommended for the post the initial placement will be at Level 8, until your qualification is awarded.
