To undertake duties connected with the removal of domestic, commercial and industrial refuse from all types of locations by working as part of a team to carry out waste collection. Assisting the driver in the safe manoeuvring of the vehicle on collection routes and at disposal points. To undertake duties involving recycling, street cleaning and other waste management operations.

The grade of this post is Level 4 plus a Non Core (5%). The work style for this post is Frontline worker. The work pattern is: Monday - Thursday 0545 - 1400, Friday 0545 - 1330, Monday - Thursday 1345 - 2200, Friday 1315 - 2100.
