What is the role?

Under the direction of the Customer Administration Officer, work as part of a team to deliver professional customer services.

The Grade of this post is Grade 1 / Level 4; the hourly rate is from £13.78 to £14.09 and the annual salary is from £25,148 to £25,714 plus a 5% non-core allowance.

Please note this post is temporary for 6-12 months.

Working Pattern: 3 weeks rolling rota over 7 days per week. Mix of early, late and mid-shifts.
