Job Description What is the role? Based in Ayr, the Energy Agency is a charity that provides independent advice on energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable transport, and delivers small and large scale energy efficiency projects throughout south-west Scotland. We work across multiple sectors including housing, businesses and communities. The Energy Agency is contracted by several councils to provide project management services to deliver the Scottish Government and Council funded programmes. The programmes involve energy efficiency retrofits of domestic dwellings, typically the installation of External Wall Insulation systems. We are seeking to employ an experienced professional to undertake quality assurance across all sites and provide technical assistance to our Project Managers. The Quality Officer will assist the Senior Quality Officer in ensuring high quality site inspections, maintaining good working relationships with Contractors and System Designers, and providing technical updates to the rest of the team.
