We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader to join our Business Support Services team within Health & Social Care. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for up to 6 months, taking on a varied and impactful role, leading teams, improving services, and supporting the delivery of essential services across South Ayrshire.

As Team Leader, you’ll oversee key administrative, financial and performance functions, support service delivery across multiple locations, and play an important role in driving continuous improvement and service development. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This post is temporary until 31/01/2027. The grade of this post is Level 10. The work style for this post is Hybrid Worker. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
