To undertake duties connected with the removal of domestic, commercial and industrial refuse from all types of locations by working as part of a team to carry out waste collection. To undertake driving duties involving LGV refuse collection vehicles, recycling, street cleaning and other waste management vehicles. To be responsible for the crew and the vehicle on a daily basis.

The grade of this post is Level 5 plus a Non Core (5%). The work style for this post is Frontline worker. The work pattern is: Monday 0545 - 1400, Friday 0545 - 1330, Saturday & Sunday 0600 - 1800, Monday 1345 - 2200, Friday 1315 - 2100. This post involves weekend working days off Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
