JOB DESCRIPTION
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join South Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnerships Reablement Service as a (insert job title).
The Reablement Service provide tailored support to individuals within their own homes for a 6-week assessment period working closely with the person and the wider multidisciplinary team to help them regain independence and confidence in daily living skills.
The service uses a reablement approach and ethos to work with individuals to achieve their goals.
We are looking for applicants who take a solutions based approach and who enjoy working in a fast paced, changing environment.

REQUIREMENTS
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
