Under the direction of the Team Leader, to provide a housing support service to residents within Viewfield Gate, Secession House, Elba Gardens and other homeless temporary accommodation.

The service operates an 8 week rolling rota, as follows: Day shift is 7.15am – 7.15pm and Night shift is 7.15pm – 7.15am. 12 hour shifts with 1.5 hours unpaid break. Shift pattern is: 2 dayshifts, 2 nightshifts, 4 days off.
