To participate as a member of Property Maintenance Team in delivering a comprehensive building maintenance service to the Council, carrying out elements of a designated craft trade allocated to them – in house training will be provided for any elements of craft trade requirements in both Housing & Non-Housing repairs. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act and any other relevant legislation and Policies of the Council.

REQUIREMENTS
This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007.
