Customer Services within South Ayrshire Council is a fast-paced environment and working in this role you need to be completely customer focused and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you deliver the best possible service to each and every customer. Our advisors need to be flexible and adaptable to the ever changing nature of the service, working across a vast range of enquiry areas, multiple ICT systems, and interacting with customers by phone, digitally and face to face from a range of locations. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working in a similar role and can demonstrate strong ICT skills and skills in handling complex customer enquiries using a range of communication methods. Training and equipment will be provided to accommodate a hybrid working model; however, you will require internet access at home. Please note that whilst training you will require to work your entire working pattern from an office.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The grade of this post is Level 5. The work style for this post is Hybrid Worker. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service. The work pattern is: Monday - Thursday 10.00am - 2.00pm, Friday 10.00am - 2.30pm.
