Under the direction of the Service Manager for Social Work practice, develop and deliver training in all aspects of Adult, Children & Families and Justice Social Work to ensure we have a knowledgeable and skilled workforce able to provide high quality service and care to the people in our communities. This role is particularly important with the development of the Advanced Practice Framework for Social Workers. The post holder will also ensure all Learning & Development opportunities available in South Ayrshire's Health & Social Care Partnership are set within the context of legislation, policy, procedures, standards, values and SSSC Codes of Conduct.
